Great stay

I had a great experience living here. Whenever I had any issues like needing to put in a maintenance request, I always received a response to any texts usually within hours or a day at most. I always felt like if I needed something it could be addressed quickly. Ms. L was very professional and friendly over the phone, and gave a care package with some of my favorite snacks when I first moved in. I appreciate how welcoming she was and I definitely would rent from her again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING TO RENT HERE

I began renting a room in a 2BR unit on 2/16/25. My work contract ended early on 3/16, and I informed the landlord (Ms. L) on 3/19. Though I had just paid full rent through 4/15, I was told on 3/25 to move out by 4/2, with no offer of a prorated refund. I requested to stay until 4/15 while working per diem shifts to afford a flight home. On 3/29, Ms. L confirmed rent covered 3/164/15 and said I'd get move-out instructionsbut I never did. I vacated by 4/15 and tried to confirm checkout, but all calls, texts, and voicemails from 3/294/27 were ignored. We scheduled a call on 4/29, which she canceled last minute, and Ive been ignored since. Friends inquiring about this same listing got replies within hours while I have yet to receive any communication back. Also, after my roommate moved out in Feb, her door was later locked without my doing- suggesting someone entered the unit without notice. Ive documented everything. Ive been ignored for 40+ days over my deposit. Rent at your risk!

I stayed in this unit during my stay in LA for a travel contract for work. I work and spoke with Ms. L that was very professional, attentive, and nice. She checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay and that the unit was meeting my needs. Everyone surrounding the unit were very nice and social individuals. The unit was newly remodeled and I was the first to live in so everything was clean and new which I appreciated so much. Ms. L was very accommodating for my pet as well that I travel with. I did only give 4 stars because there were a few appliances I did miss and wish were provided as well as the coin operated laundry was more work as well. Otherwise if the chance did arise again I would stay on the premises.

Hidden Gem in Inglewood

This has been the most pleasant transition into this unit. Ms. L is so nice and informative. She presented a nice quiet unit to me in a safe environment. Anytime I have a question or concern she is there to answer. Definitely worth extending my time here. Amenities are great. Spacious, Clean, brand new Air conditioning. Location is near everything plus not far from the LAX. 10 stars!

Not worth the price .

Staying at this place was not worth 2900$ at ALL. In the beginning when we signed the lease and after paying my husband and I had access to the AC, One day the AC went down and we called to see if we can get it fixed . Someone was actually sent over the very next day to SHUT it OFF. After explaining to Mrs L that My husband cant breathe at night without the AC . She had this guy bring in fans as If that would help the situation. The reason behind it was that its winter time and they dont want us to use the AC . Be prepared to hear police sirens Day and night consistently be prepared to hear neighbours fight over and over again. Be prepared to hear Dogs barking over and over again . The apartment gets very HOT and since we couldnt use AC we had to suffer. Mrs L Only communicated with me through text and calls never met her in person . LOUD MUSIC if you work in the morning be prepared if you work at night ohh theres no sleep for you ! Its LOUD

The Best Property and Manager

Loved the apartment! Everything that a traveler would and could possibly need to get started is all provided for. It is newly renovated. Were spoiled by Ms L. She is the most caring and thoughtful Property Manager. Like a mom away from home. Who is always there and would never hesitate to help and replies right away when I text or call. From the welcome coffee, fruit trays and drinks. Couldnt ask for a better manager. We knew that it is fully furnished, but we didnt expect that a Keurig Coffee Machine is also provided. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and dining set. How lovely! And of course, an allocated parking space exclusively for us. So sad to leave. Indeed a hidden gem!

Wonderful unit

A wonderful, spacious apartment with absolutely the best administrator... Ms. L. She was courteous, understanding and very, very competent. Made our stay much better and easier. An enormous queen bed, an inflatable bed and 2 sofa beds. Great kitchen with all utensils needed. All in all, a wonderful experience.
