I am very happy and satisfied during my stay. The owners (Terry and her family) are very welcoming, kind and hospitable. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my 9 mos stay. I worked at UofL hospital and it is just about 12 minutes drive away. Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are very nice as well. I highly recommend this place.

Gem of a rental!

What a little gem indeed! This unit is just minutes away from the hospitals. Great on the budget for ride shares and a quick commute if you are driving. The unit itself was extremely comfortable. Well equipped. Multiple areas to relax. The large bedroom and that comfortable living area gave options to put your feet up and watch TV. The bathroom had all the essentials with large fluffy towels. The kitchen was like home away from home. Terry is an amazing host. Very friendly and kept me informed of what to do depending on the weather. For this travel nurse this was a great rental when on assignment in the area. Thanks Terry for having me!

Adorable home, minutes away from Baptist Louisville! The owner kept this house very clean with all the accommodations you could ever imagine. I really enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend!

I had a wonderful 4 month long stay here. As a single woman, I felt very safe in the area, and Terry was always quick with her responsiveness if I ever needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this little piece of heaven. Owners are so hospitable, thoughtful and professional. Awesome neighborhood! I so enjoyed sitting on the porch after work. Really cant say enough good about this home away from home
