home away from home!

I stayed here for 2 years and I only left because I moved for school! I moved into a much bigger house after this and honestly, I still miss this place. It's so cozy and quiet and even though it's a basement apartment, there's a lot of natural light! The kitchen is a dream- lots of counterspace and gas stove. It's within walking distance of the park and all of the restaurants on Hosea, and perfectly safe for a single girl to live alone. The neighbors are all so nice, and Elizabeth is the best landlord I've ever had. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great place and location!

This was a great home to me during my time in Atlanta! It's close to downtown Kirkwood, which has restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques. It's a great neighborhood to walk around or run! I worked at Emory University Hospital main campus and it was an easy commute. E is a great landlord, very responsive and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough, I really enjoyed staying here and getting to explore the neighborhood.
