Our first home

This place is not just a rental house for us, this has been our home for almost 2 years. Moving in to this place is very easy because our Landlord provided almost everything of the basic needs. Very homie, clean, simple and safe environment to stay with. Moving out is not easy because its hard to leave a house that has been a secured place for us. This house is near to almost all the important places like stores, schools, hospital and recreation places. Home Sweet Home

I had the best experience in Aunt Linda's/Uncle Tuan's place. They are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The suite is clean, peaceful, spacious parking, fast wifi, and close to groceries/school. Everything you need in a house is already provided so moving in will be easier. I will be forever grateful to them and to this lovely place i once called sweet Home. Thank you Aunt Linda/Uncle Tuan!

Awesome Landlord with a great home!

It's just our first day but we are already in love with L's unit! L and her husband are very accomodating and everything that you will need is already provided in the house.

Stunning Apartment

This apartment is absolutely amazing. Its located in the perfect location too. Its not far from SMH maybe a 8-10 minute drive with traffic. And about 7 miles to Lido beach and St Armands circle. It was well furnished as well, I didnt need to use or bring anything. Mrs L and her husband were very kind and considerate. They were available for any questions or concerns. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely stay again if I could resign my contract!

Just...wow! From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel right at home. One of the standout features of this immaculately clean guest house is its privacy and coziness. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with plenty of storage for your belongings. The living room is large and inviting, with a large flat-screen TV and loads of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. You'll also find plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to whip up a meal for guests. In terms of location, it is perfectly situated to allow you to explore all that Sarasota has to offer. The beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, as are shops, stores, and restaurants. If you're planning to stay in Sarasota and looking for the perfect retreat, look no further than this 2-bedroom jewel. Thank you L and T! You are awesome!

Highly Recommended

I am sad my stay at this property has come to an end. It is conveniently placed close to local hospitals, grocery stores, restaurants, and of course beautiful Gulf beaches. Ten days after my arrival Hurricane Ian rolled through and L and T ensured the safety of myself and kept in contact communication to ensure I had everything I needed during this stressful time. I highly recommend this property and L and T are amazing landlords who genuinely care for their tenants.

This is a great place to stay. Has everything I need and more for my travel nurse assignment. The location is convenient, and it is very spacious and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive. Highly recommend!
