This is a multi unit condominium complex 1.9 miles from downtown Prescott, 2.2 miles from YRMC West campus, 4.5 miles to VA Hospital, 12 miles to YRMC East campus, and just 1 mile to the grocery store. Just minutes to downtown Prescott where there are many restaurants to choose from and plenty of shopping. There are many hiking/biking trails and lakes within 10-20 minutes from the Condo.

Amazing
It was absolutely a favorite staying here at this condo. Everything was in working order. Are the amenities were wonderful. The condo was so clean and inviting with the decor that was well thought out. I loved the peace and the quiet and the closeness to all my needs. Mentioning, the neighbors are great!! All is superb I am grateful for the owners kindness and attention to all details. . Their integrity shines in the place that they rent. I could not have been more grateful and happy than I have been this stay.. A true gift from God. Thank you.!!

Amazing place!
I had a wonderful time staying at this place! It was 5 min to the hospital so super easy commute to work! Beverly was always available for questions or concerns! Everything was perfect! I would stay here most definitely again!! There wasn't anything I needed that wasn't provided or accommodated! You will love it!!

cozy home
This home was great for my contract at YRMC. 10 mins or less to work, close to restaurants/grocery store. Everything you need for stay was there, and host was easily reachable throughout stay. Neighborhood felt safe, kind quiet neighbors.

This place was exactly as listed! Very convenient and cozy location. Quiet area within great distance to center of town. Hosts very accommodating and easy to reach! Would definitely recommend to stay again.

Cozy Condo in the Trees
If you are looking for a place that is both convenient and cozy, this is it! My husband and I stayed for nearly a full year. B was lovely, available and quickly responsive, meeting all our needs. In addition, we found our neighbors to be friendly and helpful. Doesn't get better than that!

Great condo in Prescott!
This place is AMAZING!!! The space is so cute and adorably decorated! So cozy! Plenty of space for 2. Its very large and open! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need! And a cute little coffee/tea bar! The laundry room was spacious and the appliances are nice! The back patio is adorable and perfect for star gazing and grilling out, or just hanging! The pool was great and never crowded! The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything the town has to offer. Two minute drive downtown, or to any amazing trail! The hospital is right around the corner! A 2 mile commute! B was incredible! Super sweet and friendly, and very communicative and accommodating. Made sure we had everything we needed!! AMAZING! Would recommend this place over and over again!
