Private room in San Francisco, California
Landlord Tenure: 4 years, 2 months
Experience the true San Francisco experience by living in a classic Victorian house in one of the most sought after areas in the city (Noe Valley). The house has the feel of "Tales of the City" which I guess would make me Ms. Madrigal! The rooms are located in the three bedroom garden apartment . The entrance to this level is gated with two entrances to the apartment itself. The back entrance has immediate access to a deck and...
A wondrous garden apartment with three bedrooms. There is a large bedroom facing a sun-trap deck and garden with its own private entrance at the back of this original victorian. It is large enough to accommodate a seating area and ample storage. The rent of $1895 per month includes utilities and fiber optic wifi. Also available are two bedrooms of medium size with great storage. One has a work station and rents for $1700pm whil...
Highly recommend this property
I recently had the pleasure of staying for about a month and a half in a beautiful garden apartment that truly felt like a home away from home. This quiet, spacious three-bedroom property, nestled within an original Victorian building, offered everything I could ask for in a temporary residence. My room, one of the two medium-sized bedrooms, was equipped with a fantastic work station that perfectly catered to my needs for a dedicated workspace. This, along with ample storage, made for an organized and efficient living space. The apartment's location was ideal, with a Whole Foods nearby for convenient grocery shopping, as well as an array of restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. This made dining out or grabbing a coffee both effortless and enjoyable, adding to the overall quality of my stay.
Excellent Location, Friendly Landlord
Situated in the middle of a triangle of great neighborhoods: The Castro, the Mission, and Noe Valley. MUNI trolley on the corner. D is a very responsive landlord and excellent friend. Highly recommend.
Great apartment for the price!
Ive stayed at Ds place for over year on and off. Very great location, the J train is literally a corner away. So its so easy to go to places. It is centrally located but the neighborhood is quiet and doesnt feel congested. I felt safe the entire time! No crime or car break ins. There is a walkable whole foods and its 3 blocks away from Dolores park. The space is LGBTQ friendly and very welcoming. The house itself is an old Victorian but the furniture/ bedding all brand new. There is a washer/ dryer. The kitchen tho small is functional. Ive lived in big cities so this is not a problem for me. D is very responsive and he has been a really great landlord. You cant find a more reasonably priced space in SF.
