Cozy and quiet place

Tania is super kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is nice and quiet. I highly recommend it for someone traveling alone.

property owner is so nice

Perfect little place. Older apartment above separate garage in back. Owner is amazing too work with. I was here for the last eight months and if my contract had extended, would've been happy to stay another eight months. Due to my schedule, I wanted to do my laundry Every Thursday evening on a regular schedule and the owner was absolutely gracious enough to work all other laundry around my schedule to accommodate. Owner was very adamant about communicating with me anytime work had to be done in or around the apartment so that I would know if people were going to be in my apartment and she made sure to stay with them while they were. Rent is appropriate and owner reimbursed my full deposit 48 hours after I left. I know there are a lot of rentals on this site that do not have reviews, but there is a reason that I, and the five people before me, have gone out of our way to leave 5-star reviews about this property.

Private, Clean, and Cozy

If youre looking to stay in the Kissimmee area, or surrounding area, look no further because T'S place is absolutely perfect. The 1/1.5 apartment is super clean, cozy, private, and huge! T is awesome and very helpful with any questions you may have and shes super proactive too! You wont find anything better than this apartment! Dont hesitate!

Perfect Hideaway in the Trees

This is a great place for any traveler, but absolutely perfect for night shifters!!! The bedroom is as cold as you want it to be, dark as you want, and quiet during the day and night. The place is clean and neat; only thing better than the accommodations is T herself. She is as friendly and easy to get along as they come. I considered extending my lease and commuting 45 minutes to my new assignment. Perfect!!!!
