LOVED our 3 months stay in this wonderful cottage!
We stayed at Kathleen's cottage for three months and loved every bit of it. The location in Berkeley is hard to beat: centrally located in a safe, walkable neighborhood that made us feel at ease from day one. We have an infant daughter and thoroughly enjoyed strolling her around the area. Berkeley Bowl, one of the best grocery stores in the Bay Area, is just a short walk away, which was a huge plus for us. Kathleen and her husband are warm, kind, and incredibly responsive - exactly the kind of hosts that make a long-term stay feel like home. The cottage itself has everything you need. The kitchen appliances in particular are top-notch and high quality, which we really appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home Away from Home :)
I truly enjoyed my stay at this property during my travel assignment. The only reason I'm leaving is due to an offer I can't refuse that's close to home. It is just as described a 'Beautiful Backyard Cottage'. It's neat, clean, quiet, spacious, and gorgeous just like the pictures. The owners are absolutely charming, the nicest people you will ever meet, and will make sure you're comfortable 24/7. They put a lot of thought and care into making sure the cottage has everything you need. Just bring your favorite things. If my travel job brings me back this way again I hope the cottage is available. Cheers!
