Cozy house on 13th

The home is cozy and clean and has everything you need! The entire home was comfortable and easy to live in. The backyard is large and great for dogs. The entire rental team was great to work with and very responsive! I would definitely recommend staying here!

OKC stay

Everything was great. Anytime I had any issues (which were only a couple times) Jimmey was very quick to respond and always resolved them.

Great Stay!

I stayed at one of Jimmey's properties for 3 months while on a travel assignment and it was fantastic! The house had everything I needed and more and if a problem arose Jimmey and his team were extremely quick to respond. I would absolutely stay in one of his properties again if I'm ever back in the area!

OKC Stay

I stayed at one of Jimmey's properties for 4 weeks. It was so well appointed with anything and everything I could possibly need and everything seemed nearly brand new. The large fully fenced private back yard was great for my pup as well! The location was situated in a mature neighborhood that was relatively quiet and felt safe. It was in a great location with easy access to shopping, food, and the interstate. Jimmey was also quick to respond if any questions arose. If I ever need to come back to OKC I will definitely stay again.

Absolutely the best!

I stayed here for almost 6 months during a travel nurse assignment and had a fantastic experience! The space was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a long-term stay. Jimmey was a great hostresponsive, respectful, and super helpful when needed. The location was safe and convenient, with easy access to the hospital and local spots, really close to the plaza district with great restaurants. Id definitely stay again and recommend it to other travel nurses!

Great safe stay

I had a great 6 month stay here! I was very lucky to have come across this place, I enjoyed the proximity to OU and the dog friendly aspect of the duplex. The yard is completely fenced and plenty big. Any issues I had were very quickly resolved and followed up on. Overall good neighborhood for location but 16th is a busy street. Would definitely recommend this stay to other travelers!

Safe and wonderful stay

I stayed for 6 months while traveling for work, and I always felt safe. The space was clean, had all amenities for a long stay, and stocked with more than expected.Any issues or questions I had, J was always nice and quick to respond or fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Short term rental

I am a travel nurse and one of my top priorities in rental is safety as a single woman with pet. I never felt unsafe in this area even walking later at night. J was extremely responsive and helpful with any concern I had. The property is also extremely central to any location with most things only being a 10 minute drive or less away.

Great host and property!

Definitely worth the stay. Safe, convenient location, easy parking and very clean with the proper amenities. Great landlord: prompt responses, knowledgeable, and ready to help in any way to make sure your stay is as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

J and J were amazing hosts. They were both very responsive and even made sure the house was stocked with all the things I needed before I arrived. Safety was my top concern when picking somewhere to stay in OKC and I felt very safe at this house. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great Furnished Property

I am a travel nurse and stayed at this property for 3 months. Small and cozy, this property had everything we were looking for. It is conveniently located near Integris Hospital which made getting to work very easy. It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. All appliances are new and run very smoothly. We had one issue with the AC not cooling. However we reached out to J and he had someone there to fix it almost immediately. Questions and concerns were answered promptly by the property manager which made us feel at ease. If we come through OKC this property will be at the top of our list!

great place to stay

Very nice and clean place. All appliances are brand new, all stocked up with snacks bedding even cleaning supplies, laundry detergent was available. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
