Great Stay!

Landlord was very attentive. She responded to questions very quickly and was very helpful. The property was very clean and cozy. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. I was able to park my car on the property with no problem. Great places to eat around the area. I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

L is an amazing host!! I stayed here for my travel assignment in Pineville and it was such a cute perfect little place to rent! If I ever needed anything, she was right on it. Very attentive, and the place was super cozy!!

Great place to stay

A quiet, comfortable, and clean 1-bedroom. I stayed here for about 6 weeks and really enjoyed my time after switching from an Extended Stay that didn't meet my expectations. The owner was responsive to text messages and very understanding. It's located conveniently close to Target and Aldi. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here once more!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay! It is clean. It is fully furnished including several pairs of bedsheets, towels, dishes and pots and pans. The water pressure in the shower is great! L, the landlord goes to the extreme to make you feel comfortable,welcome and will provide you with anything that you could possibly need. She even sews if you need alterations! Shes a very kind person. She even went to the bank with me to be a witness for a form that I needed filled out. Thats how dedicated she is as a landlord. Anything Ive needed, she has gotten for me. You will not find any place at a better price either. This is a perfect location! It is in the good part of town and close to nice restaurants, Walmart, and the mall. You couldnt ask for anything more!

Great place, safe neighborhood, great landlord

I stayed at this property for 6 months and it was everything I needed. I worked at the Pineville location and it took me less then 5min to get to work. Walmart and restaurants were within walking distance or less then 5 min drive, which was very convenient. If you want to go to southend or uptown it was about a 15-30min drive depending on traffic. The neighborhood was safe which was very important for a young woman traveling alone with her pup. L even facetimed me before committing to the property so that I could ensure what the neighborhood and home looked like. L was great always making sure she responded and fixed any problems in a timely manner. She made being away from home so much easier and would recommend staying at any property she hosts. Everything will be clean and what you need to support you while you're on contract.

Perfection!

I work nightshift in PICU - I wanted a nice quiet clean place. I got so much more - from the wine left for me when I moved in to the perfectly organized space. And it is pretty. So relaxing to come to after a shift and sleep in the queen bed and relax. The kitchen is nice and the washer and dryer convenient. It is small and cozy and 17 minutes to downtown!

Fantastic Is The Word

Though located near the hustle and bustle of the beautiful city of Charlotte, the sounds of traffic seem distant despite the proximity of a main thoroughfare. Interstate access and local shopping are within minutes. The property owners are nothing short of fantastic, responding to any needs or issues (few that there were) with efficiency and professionalism. They were also very helpful with any recommendations that I needed during my stay. The flow of communication was always welcoming and to be sure- if I ever travel back to this area, they will be the first people I call.

Property Review

This was a very nice, clean, small apartment in a quiet neighborhood! Every interaction with the owner was pleasant. If a problem arises, the owners were readily available to lend a helping hand. Location was perfect! Youre in the midst of multiple shopping centers. Commute time downtown was 20-25 mins. If youre working at Atrium, youre literally 2-5 mins away in traffic. If youre looking for home away from home this is your place to go!

Unspeakable Hospitality

I began a nursing contract nd needed a nice, quiet and safe place to stay in Charlotte. I put my request on furnished finder and within 10 minutes i received the most pleasant phone call. Where do I begin.....from the day I spoke with the property owner, Mrs. L I felt even a kind spirit over the phone. We did a video chat so I was able to view the property before I made my decision. I was instantly sold. This is such a perfect location in walking distance to EVERYTHING, including Walmart. It is absolutely quiet, peaceful and safe. I had a washer and dryer and the best walk in shower. She even brought me little treats, which is going above and beyond. They keep the yard clean and cut. She is always a phone call away and always ask if I need anything. In the world we live in, we need kind caring people them. AMAZING IS THE ONLY WORD THAT COMES TO MIND. SUCH A BLESSING. THANK YOU
