Relaxing Palm Springs Condo

Amazing Stay!

I spent about 21 weeks here, and it was a great experience. It was safe and in a great location with access to shopping and dining nearby. The rental is well taken care of, and while I was there, the maintenance for the unit was completed based around my schedule. The landscaping was maintained regularly. I only had a few issues with the access gate, but Leslie was quick to resolve them for me. The neighbors were nice, and everyone pretty much kept to themselves with the occasional meetings when out walking the neighborhood or hanging out by the pool. The price was reasonable for the unit, and I paid the electric bill. I would recommend this rental to everyone.

Cozy Home in Palm Springs

This home is in a great location, in a gated safe community and it captures great views from the front of the house to the back yard. The house is given to you nice and clean with no problems. Leslie is also great! She checks up on you to ensure you have things you need. Its truly a great place to stay (:

Great location!

This was a great home away from home for me. Leslie was a great landlord, very communicative and responsive. The location is great because it is very close to the main strip and very close to the hospital I worked for. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and felt safe.

Amazing Apartment

Super comfortable apartment to call home while in Palm Springs! Incredible views of the mountains right from your living room and kitchen. Very kind, caring and communicative landlords. We very much enjoyed our stay at this special place!

Just GREAT!!!!

I have rented this condo for the past 4 months, L is great to work with. Area is SAFE, quiet, and stores are close, restaurant choices are good and down town Palm Springs is right there. If you are a big shopper that is 15 minutes away, otherwise Target and Walmart are 5 min away.
