I enjoyed my stay here. Nice quiet family neighborhood. Convenient To everything!! Close to downtown Nashville and all of the sight's and restaurants. The house was clean and well decorated. The landlord, Darin, is very responsive, to any questions or requests. I would stay here again if I get another assignment in Nashville.

A Charming Retreat Near the Heart of Nashville

Our two-month stay felt like a cozy vacation retreat. The cottage, nestled on a large lot surrounded by mature trees, bathes in just the right amount of filtered sunlight. The northeast-facing porch, with its bistro set and greenery, offered a private space to relax. We found ourselves using the porch during storms, savoring the rain sounds from the dry comfort of this cozy nook. Nature visits were frequentmy husband even had a deer approach him during yoga in the yard, and small rabbits often graced the lawn. The compact kitchen was well-equipped, and the cottage, though cozy, felt airy with plenty of natural light. The two porches added a sense of spaciousness. The neighborhood was safe for regular walks, and we discovered a hidden gem just five minutes awaya secret staircase through a park of stone ruins leading to the peaceful Cumberland River, perfect for fishing or al fresco picnics. A special thanks to Darin, who was attentive and amazing!

Cozy stay!

The downtown cottage was a cozy little home! The location was great, right in the middle of everything! The owner was very helpful always. The home had everything we needed throughout our stay! Will miss my Nashville home!

Cozy Abode

Could not be more happy with our choice to stay here. This place has it all: very responsive host, spacious, quiet, well stocked. It all will make you feel right at home & possibly in a Disney Movie. If you like animals you will find plenty here including: birds galore, bunny rabbits, & wild turkeys give it a nice touch. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home.

The title is fitting. It is a cozy cottage.

This property has a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs feel to it. At least it did to us. So much so we left behind a few fairy tale Knick knacks to add to the ambience of the place. Simply a quaint little cozy cottage nestled amongst old oaks covered in ivy. You open up a sunshine yellow door into the most welcoming home away from home. The home has all you could need and more for your stay. The landlord is fantastic and takes care of any needs immediately. Seriously, staying here, as our first time renting and being first time travelers, sure made our time away from our real homes so much easier. I cannot express how much I adored this cozy cottage and the awesome landlord! I hope everyone who ever rents it loves it just as much!
