Quiet quaint and has everything you need!
Stayed here for my first travel contract and ended up extending 3 times largely in part to this studio apartment being everything I needed. Would highly recommend this place plus Dawn the owner is extremely accommodating and responds quickly. I definitely lucked out with my first travel experience.
