5 star rental!

My partner and I stayed in John's condo for 1 month and had a great stay! We both worked remotely in the unit, one of us used the desk while the other used the kitchen table. The Wi-Fi was reliable and we had no issues working remotely. As others noted, the condo is clean, spacious, and has a well equipped kitchen! All the normal cookware and utensils were provided. Oh and the bed was very comfortable, the mattress is soft and it felt like we were staying at a family friend's house! John was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. The building is secure, we felt safe, and had no issues during our stay. It was also nice being so close to downtown, just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants.

Fantastic rental property

Our stay at this property was a very pleasant one. It was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. All appliances worked as they should, and having an in-house washer/dryer was a nice bonus compared to some other properties we researched. The location turned out to be perfect as it's within a short distance to the river walk, downtown and grocery stores. The property owner was always helpful, communicative and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a great stay, easy communication and quick fixes by the landlord if there were any issues, and the issues were almost zero. I'd highly recommend staying here with the safe location and gated parking. 5/5!

Travel nurse assignment

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment! Spacious and bright but also cozy. Short walk to downtown and close to many grocery stores, restaurants, gym, etc.! I commuted to Good Samaritan in San Jose and worked nightshift and found the commute manageable and enjoyed riding through the redwoods! Would rent here again.
