Stayed here ~2 months. Really well-located near downtown, Roger Maris Cancer Center, and the hiking trails along the river. Landlord flexible, fair, and easy to work with.

Good stay

Good stay while working in Fargo. Close to Sanford Broadway and approximately 15 minutes to SMFC. The park is close by to walk your dog. This townhome has everything you need including a washer and dryer. Landlord is responsive and cares about your stay. Would stay again if doing another contract in Fargo.

Nice stay

As a surgeon doing locums tends, I had a great stay. Easy walk to the hospital. Everything in the apt worked well. Good space. Highly recommend!!

Great stay

My family (and pets) had a great time living here. We enjoyed being so close to the hospital, the YMCA, downtown, and the park across the street. Everything else is no more than 15 min drive away. We felt safe and comfortable here. The house was extremely clean, functional and quality furnishings. The landlord is very nice and friendly and everything went smoothly with him. We 10/10 recommend for your stay!

Great apartment! Great perfect location!

This property was a great find for the last leg of our 9 month stay in Fargo. The apartment itself is in immaculate condition. Very clean, very comfortable, plenty of room. The location was perfect. Directly across the street from Mickelson Park, blocks away from downtown, and within 15 minutes of all the hospitals. We were able to go sledding, walk the trails, go to the playground, and catch fish daily after work, just steps away from the apartment. Very relaxing, lots of deer and turkeys, and even the occasional otter which we really enjoyed. If you are looking for a comfortable place while in Fargo, you wont be disappointed with this apartment. The landlord D, was very accommodating and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have young children like we do.

Fell in love with this property, highly recommend!!

Newly renovated cozy home in a safe neighborhood with security for peace of mind when working late nights. These rooms are spacious. Loved have laundry so easily accessible. A big bathroom and walk in closet. Parking is just a couple feet away. The beds are comfortable. This home has a dishwasher and all the appliances/utensils and vacuum for the rugs. TV has live stream, movies and shows. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. I loved going to the park which is nearby and walking to the farmers market on the weekend downtown. This home is perfectly located! If you are considering staying here this is me telling you, you will love it. The landlord is kind and always had the sidewalk cleared during the winter months. I never ran into an issue wile staying at this property. If I travel back to Fargo, I would certainly stay here again!

Good Rental

My family enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The house is newly updated and is very spacious with large bedrooms and large closets. We liked the quiet neighborhood just next to a park and a couple minutes from downtown. The place comes with the essentials needed for cooking and sleeping, as well as TV with cable. It has updated central heating/cooling. The owner was very friendly/helpful when needed and quick to respond to any of my calls/messages.

Fargo

The stay at this property was great! The landlord is very friendly and has great communication. If we needed anything during our stay, he responded quickly. The space is large enough for a decent sized family and has all of the amenities a family would need to take care of everything needed (cooking, laundry, tv, internet). The neighborhood also has a great park for walking your dog or just getting some fresh air. My wife and I highly recommend this property for a long term stay in Fargo ND.

nice stay

Apartment was a nice place to stay. Very clean/ recently remodeled. Not much of a FURNISHED finder, had to purchase kitchenware, silverware, plates, pans, garbage cans, swiffer, everything you would need to stay here. Even a vacuum wasn't provided for 3 bedroom and carpeted living area. the beds were very thin and uncomfortable, probably around 4 inches thick, reminded me of summer camp. Nice location, walking distance to downtown and one of the sanford hospitals. Nice neighbors although our other neighbors bikes were stolen from the porch. Fair share of good and bad. not great, would probably stay again with new mattresses and living essentials.

Host was great! very responsive with any needs. property is in a safe place, across the street from a park with ballfields and just over the hill is the red river and a city trail access point. 4 blocks from the broadway campus of sanford. close to a few restaurants, but most everything in town is no more than a 20 min drive. inside is recently remodeled (i think the host said april 2022 or so). good wifi. big screen tv. good kitchen. big bathrooms and huge closet spaces overall- its a good place to stay!
