Highly Recommend

I stayed at Evergreen Cottage for an extended period while working at WFBH. It is in a safe and convenient location to the hospitals and is easily accessible to many stores and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic. They were very prompt with responses and addressed any concerns immediately. The app that they created was amazing - it helped to explain what items were provided in the home. The home itself is well-stocked with all kitchen, bedroom and bath equipment that you may need. I would recommend staying here without reservation. Fantastic property!

Cute and Quiet

Cute private property very close to either major hospital in town. Easy and helpful communication with J and R (owners). Black out curtains throughout the house incase youre night shift. No complaints, wound rent from them again!

Excellent property, even better hosts!

If I could give this property and its hosts more than 5-starts I would! My fiancee and I stayed here for six months while working at WFBH. The neighborhood is safe and WFBH is just a short 5 minute drive or 25min walk. The hosts are easily accessible and provide you with everything you may need. It truly is a worry-free property and will book again if we come back for work. Thank you!

Evergreen Cottage - home away from home!

I cant say enough good things about this place! J and R were wonderful landlords from day one and all the way through our stay. They were easily accessible via phone and email and always went above and beyond for everything. The house was fully stocked with far more things than I could have ever imagined. Everything in the house is up to date and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable! I cannot recommend this place enough to future guests whether you are planning to stay for 1 month or 6 months, this is the place to stay! It is also in a very safe and friendly neighborhood although the house does have a full security system. J even created an app to help with everything you need to know about the house and the area too. Thank you J and R for being so wonderful! We will cherish all the memories made at Evergreen Cottage forever!

Cant Recommend Enough!!

J & R were AMAZING hosts! This property is very clean & stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. They even have an exterminator scheduled to come periodically to make sure you never have to worry about bugs; theyve thought of everything! Again, I cant recommend this property enough! 100/100 experience :)
