Quiet, clean, beautiful, cozy home

In October 2022, I intended to move in with B and S and spend 4 months in Fresno. Two and a half years later, Im finally moving out, but only because I finally bought a home of my own. B is a wonderful landlord and roommate, and I cant say enough good things about her. She is very generous with her space. She fixes any problems immediately, and she is constantly updating and improving her home. The room is quiet and shaded, which has been great since I often work nights. The neighborhood is also safe, quiet, and has lots of nice long sidewalks and trails for walking or places to ride a bike. There are cleaners who come regularly to keep everything spotless, and she makes sure you have enough refrigerator, pantry, and freezer space for all your cooking needs. S is a big love bug of a dog and is constantly searching for cuddles (and begging for treats). Im sad to move out, but so thankful I happened to land at Bs home.

Excellent property and host

Great property location. Close to hospitals, shopping and attractions. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. B is a terrific hostess. I cant say enough great things about my stay there. Any traveler would not be disappointed. Loved my entire stay. And yes would go back again

Best place to stay

I won't have enough space to say how great this place is. The room is very spacious and private with nice furniture and lots of drawers (nightstands and vanity) and space in the closet. House is always cleanI mean Febreze clean, always tidy and smelling nice (including your room and bathroom!). The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I was able to cook; have plenty of space in the fridge, watch tv, hang out, and wash my clothes without any issuesI literally felt at home. B, the owner, and S, her dog are the best roommates ever. B is very welcoming and helpful. She always pointed me in the right direction and went above and beyond to help me solve any issues I encountered away from home (e.g., flat tire, laptop issues, etc.). S is a very friendly dog who became my therapy dog after long shifts during COVID. I would definitely stay with B and S againThanks for everything B!

A great place to stay

I will definitely rent this room again if I ever have a chance to work in Fresno. The place is located in a safe neighborhood. After working 12 hour shift, I had everything I needed here: a warm shower, a quiet and private room, Internet access, a kitchen to cook my meals, and a cozy bed. In addition, washer and dryer were also available to use. More importantly, the landlord is very friendly, welcoming, and respectful.
