BoHo Private Studio - Heart of Davis

Great place to stay

I stayed at the studio during my 3-month research visit to UC Davis and found this place very nice and comfortable. The host family was kind and helpful, communication with them was always very smooth. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The house is a bit far away from the campus, but commuting by bus is easy and convenient (the buses are every 30 minutes on week days). I fully reccomend this place to anyone who needs accommodation at Davis.

Perfect Studio - Highly Recommended!

I stayed at the BoHo Private Studio - Heart of Davis for six months, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The studio was clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming, with everything I needed to feel at home. Melissa, the landlord, and her family were wonderful - friendly, responsive, and truly made me feel like part of their family. Their care and thoughtfulness made my stay even more special. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient, and the studio has all the essentials for a long-term stay. I felt completely at peace during my time there and would highly recommend the BoHo Private Studio to anyone looking for a furnished rental in Davis. I hope to stay here again someday!

BoHo studio Review

The BoHo studio is an excellent apartment. I lived there for 10 months and I never my stay there was peaceful and loving. The Landlord and her family are so lovely and they showed me a wonderful and heartwarming hospitality. I highly recommend that apartment to anyone who wishes to live a peaceful and loving life. Note: I only moved out of the apartment because I needed a bigger space for my family.

Great place to stay with a fantastic host!

This studio was exactly what I needed for my stay in the area while I worked a temporary nursing job. It is a relatively new remodel and was very clean and comfortable with beautiful decorations. I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel. There were nice touches throughout such as a remote control ceiling fan, light dimmers, garbage disposal, and an induction stove. It had ample storage. It is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The owner is an amazing host and very responsive when I had questions. She made sure I had everything I needed to ensure my stay was comfortable. There is a shared wall with the main house but the walk in closet acted as a sound barrier, so I never heard any noise. There are bike paths nearby and a loaner bicycle. The private outside area seating was perfect for morning coffee. There is no washer and dryer but the local laundromats were in good condition. I hope to stay there again someday!

Bed and Breakfast Stay

Had the most amazing stay in this cozy home with friendly and very available owners who responded to any request or question immediately. Perfect for single person or couple looking to stay in Davis with quiet streets for walking etc and near everything by car (or a long walk). Highly recommended.

Comfy studio in Davis

Amazing studio in Davis, super close to Sutter Davis where I had my contract, able to bike everywhere but Ubers/parking available as well. Super comfortable with queen bed, furnished with all basic needs, super clean and modern, outside seating which I took advantage of and M (property owner) was amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed and always checked in, definitely felt safe and welcome. Would stay again and highly recommend.
