Thoughtful Hosts and Cozy Space

I'm a student and needed a furnished place to stay until I found my own apartment. I'm grateful to have stayed at Colleen and Jose's rental. The space was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I could tell they had put a lot of thought into how the space was set up, and also the decor was very nice. They were also very helpful, easy to reach, provided useful suggestions and always got back to me if I had any questions. Colleen and Jose also welcomed my dog Chico, and he very much enjoyed the space as well. I highly recommend their rental for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Fabulous furnished rental!

Colleen and Jose provided a clean and well furnished rental. It was comfortable and offered all the necessities a traveling renter might need. The on site laundry and garage parking was great. Any questions or help needed was followed by prompt replies and action. Colleen and Jose are outstanding landlords!

Comfortable in all regards

Colleen and Jose have succeeded in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere with their carriage apartment. It is comfortable in all regards, from the kitchen with cooking tools that help you create your home away from home. The bedroom is perfectly thoughtful with an excellent mattress. We were extra pleased to have a garage for our car.

Furnished Finders stay

I traveled to Eureka for work and needed a place to stay as Travel Nurse. As soon as I called Collen she was ready for me to view the apartment and start the process for renting her beautiful suite. She always checked on me and asked me if I needed anything. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Cute and Cozy!

I moved to Eureka for a new job and needed a temporary apartment until I was ready to buy a house. Petch Manor #1 did not disappoint. Loved the location! My husband and I were able to walk to old town Eureka for dinner or the Friday night markets and theres also a cute park and a small convenience store a couple blocks away. The apartment had a full size, fully loaded kitchen that met all my cooking needs. The gas heater/stove kept me cozy on cold nights and the bathroom, also full sized, came fully stocked with towels and small toiletries. Its obvious that the owner put a lot of love and care into this property and we couldnt have asked for a better set up. The laundry room is conveniently located downstairs and both washer and dryer worked really well. The owners are respectful of your space but very responsive whenever I needed something. I loved my time here and would rent from Colleen and Jose again in a heartbeat
