Hidden Gem!

This place is one that is not to be missed! I've been traveling for five years and this place is by far my favorite! I stayed for a year and the space had everything that I needed for the long term stay. It is in a quiet secure neighborhood that is walkable and close to everything. I never swam in the pool, but it was nice to know that it was there especially if you sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset. The landlord James is wonderful! Anything you need at anytime, he is available. The tenants in house are also wonderful and helpful as well. One warning: the couch is way to comfortable! There were many times that I sat down just to watch a show and awoke hours later wondering where the day went! You don't want to miss this space!

The Very Best Landlord

This loft was a wonderful place to stay. The landlord was very responsive to any request or need that I had when I was here. I made good use of the pool in the backyard as well. So refreshing on a hot Modesto day, especially after working 12 hours. You just can't beat the privacy in this backyard. All of the furnishings and appliances are top notch. It was such a comfortable place to stay. Obviously I highly recommend it!
