Perfect stay!

This place is perfectly located ! Walking distance to almost anything you could want & just a short drive to hospitals (Ubers are cheap also!) The apartment is super cute & cozy yet spacious. Washer & dryer in unit definitely a plus! I was so sad to have to leave so soon! Karina was always reachable & understanding. If ever back in Denver I would definitely re-rent Karina's place !

Amazing place to stay

10/10 apartment! Absolutely loved living here and Karina was so kind and an amazing landlord! I extended at this apartment as long as they extended by contract and was so sad to leave! Trader Joe's is a block away and there are cute coffee shops and bars within a 5 minute walk! Safe neighborhood and very friendly neighbors!

Perfect

First and foremost, K was an absolute gem of a LL. Was able to text with rapid response for any questions/ problems i had which werent many. Super flexible and understanding when it comes to scheduling since i worked night shift and with travel nursing being so iffy. The location is perfect and close to shops, restaurants, parks, etc. It is on the corner of a street but i was able to sleep all day (9a-5p) with no issues. Apt was very quiet on the inside as well. Not once did I hear any neighbors other than when i had the windows cracked. Overall great place to stay at and would have stayer longer if I could have renewed my contract. Definitely sad to be leaving this apt.
