Great Place to Stay!

This was the perfect setup to accommodate my needs as a traveling healthcare worker. Tyler was great with communication including promptly tending to any issues and providing lots of amenities which was a great bonus. I have no complaints and I'm super happy I stumbled upon this listing. Hopefully I can come back sometime because I miss it already!

Great!

This house was beautiful! Just what I needed as a single occupant and the other roommates were clean and quiet. Very safe neighborhood. Tyler was great! Very communicative and accommodating. Beautiful area! If I'm in the area again would love to stay!

Best Stay

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Tyler is an incredibly host, welcoming, kind and considered. He is quick to respond to messages, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed. The location was perfect in a quite neighborhood with a small park in walking distance for early morning runs (nice gym in the garage). As a host Tyler made my stay so comfortable that I kept extending my stay for several months. I would happily stay here again and I honestly can not recommend it enough. PS. I stayed in both this room and the master bedroom.

Didn't want to leave!

If you are hesitant about spending $1000 a month on a room with other roommates in the house, let me tell you, I was in the beginning, but once I met Tyler and the roommates I could tell this was going to be a wonderful place to live. The house is amazing! Anything you need or want, Tyler makes it happen. He's like a fairy Godfather, or Santa all year long! The neighborhood is very safe. I can tell you, the couple times I forgot to put the windows up on my car at night, cursed to bloody Hell in the morning when I saw it, then so happy when nothing had been taken. Ha! In Tucson? That's a miracle. Anyway, I could sit here all night and tell you what a great home this is, but you need to see for yourself. I seriously did not want to leave, but the next chapter of my life was calling, therefore, my loss is your gain! For Real! You can thank me later :) Thanks again Tyler and Raquel for everything!

Amazing, beautiful home!

Gorgeous home in beautiful, safe neighborhood/area. I give it a 10/5!! The home has everything you need for an incredible home away from home stay! The bedrooms are spacious, beautiful, yet cozy. The home gym, pool table, outdoor area with grill, fire pit, and outdoor games are all added bonuses! The living space in the common areas are open and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for anything and everything you need, including lots of spices, oils, etc. for cooking, and every extra small appliance you need! Ive been a travel RN for a long time, staying in many furnished finder homes. This is hands down, the most amazing one yet! The owner is very kind, attentive, and quickly responds to any questions I ever had! Id love to stay here again if Im back in Tuscon, and highly recommend!!

Comfy Home with Home gym

The home is very spacious and the room I stayed in was cery well furnished and clean. Kitchen was available with plenty of cabinet spacing and even a second fridge in the garage. The homeowner was very responsive to questions or any issues I had with the rental. If I ever find myself in the area I will definetly be staying at this property.

Great place

This place was amazing! The home itself was beautiful and was a great place for hosting game nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Its not too long of a drive to the airport. The owner was also very responsive when ever we needed assistance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing home

This place is 10/10! The house is pretty spacious and has plenty of light. It is well maintained and always super clean. I loved eating breakfast out in the backyard, and also having a gym at home was a huge plus! My room had a very confortable bed and a spacious closet, I also loved that I could see the sunset from my window. T, the owner was very friendly and easy to talk with, he always made sure we were confortable and had all we needed. I always felt safe living here and will definitely stay here again!
