Truly an amazing stay and landlords are wonderful people

I stayed with one of Ms Barbara her husband, Louie's properties, namely the one on Day St, which is just a walking distance from Yale Saint Raphael's Campus Hospital. In the back of the apartment, there's a parking lot that's exclusive to the tenants. The apartment's front and back also have cameras for security. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and is also walking distance to downtown! The apartment is huge and it has complete furniture and kitchen essentials that you would need. The landlords were very accommodating and welcoming. They responded very quickly and if you came across any issues, they'd make sure to solve it as soon as they can (like one time, the washer stopped working, and Louie made sure that it was replaced right away within 24 hours!). They treated me so kindly its as if I had a second family now in CT! If another opportunity comes by to take on another contract in this area, I would 100% come back. It's truly a home away from home!

Amazing

Very nice, clean property. Perfect for two adults and a pup! We felt safe at all times on the property and it was an easy commute to Yale. The landlord was extremely nice!

Absolutely Wonderful

This rental was perfect for all my needs.firstly, its safe, clean and has plenty of space for 2 people. Its located in a safe area directly next to the highway in either direction if you need to travel and less than 10 minutes outside of downtown new haven which has a host of food and activities to enjoy. In addition the property is approximately 12 minutes away from Yale new haven hospital which was the key factor for me as i was a traveling nurse there. Most importantly and i cant stress this enough, the property owners B and L were amongst the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met. If there is ever a problem, question or concern reach out to them and they'll be there to help. They treated me with kindness and respect and i appreciated their hospitality

Very comfortable

This property is immaculately clean and recently renovated. The owners did an amazing job and the apartment has everything we needed! The place was private and felt very safe, despite being on a busy corner. The owners are very attentive and fix any problems that occur promptly. Easy check in, keyless entry, fast wifi. Would definitely stay again, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Place For A Travel Nurse

My husband and I had great experience here. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed, my husband was able to work remote in the second room and the internet was plenty fast for his work. The area is not the nicest, but the lights, locks, and security cameras made us feel safe and we never had any issues. The one neighbor we did meet was friendly. It is located right next to the highway (convenient but could be loud at times) as well as very close to a great state park, restaurants, and a grocery store. The landlords were very friendly and very responsive with any issues we had.

LOVED THIS PROPERTY

My roommate and I absolutely loved it here!! We took our first travel RN assignment at Yale in New Haven and found this gem of a property to stay in! Not only were the owners incredible and always available should we need them but they truly took us in as their own daughters. They made us feel safe and welcomed. New Haven as a whole is on the sketchier side but we never once felt unsafe or unprotected during our stay at pond lily. The apt itself is renovated so beautifully. It's literally the perfect home away from home. I simply cannot say enough good things about this property or the people that own it. Most amazing three months I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and getting to experience the love the owners share. :)

Love this place!!!

I absolutely loved my time at Pond Lily. If I couldve stayed longer, I wouldve! The apartment is super cute and has everything you need. Plus, smart tvs in every room! The landlords are amazing. Literally whatever you need, theyre there to help either that day or the next. The area is definitely a little sketchy, but I never felt unsafe there. Secure door, motion lights outside, plus friendly neighbors and the landlords always around. Its a quick drive to the hospital/downtown if youre a travel nurse like me. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend staying here!!!
