Santa rosa apartment

Katie's unit was perfect while I was working in the area! She was a great host always getting back to me quickly with any questions I had and ensuring everything in the apartment was maintained while I was there. The apartment was in a great location being close to everything I needed. Her place was overall very comfortable and as a single traveller I always felt very safe. I had a wonderful 6 months there, I would highly recommend!!

Couldnt have asked for better!

Katies place was AMAZING for me as a night shifter at Kaiser Santa Rosa. It always averaged out to be an easy 5 minute drive which was imperative for me after a long night of work. The apartment had everything I needed and more. The area is incredibly safe and I never felt worried as a woman walking the neighborhood or to any of the nearby stores or restaurants. Katie was great about communicating and offering help if I needed it. I would 100% stay here again if I was back in the area for a contract! She did a walk through of the unit and returned my deposit back to me in less than a week of moving out which was also super appreciated. Sincerely couldnt have asked for a better spot, thank you Katie!! :-)

Home away from home

A very lovely unit with everything I need, great location, and awesome host. It has all I need to ease into a new place right away. It's in a quiet neighborhood that's conveniently near hospitals and just a walk to a little strip mall that has good food, pharmacy, asian store, etc. K has also been very accommodating with my needs and made me feel at home. She's super! You can never go wrong with staying at her place. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to land

I highly recommend this place. K is a very kind, considerate, and responsive host. The location is quiet in a family friendly neighborhood, with all amenities close by. I most enjoy going for a walk along Piner Creek trail, which is just a few blocks away. The place is clean, comfortable, and lovely. I've been working remotely from home and able to enjoy the peace and space here.

Great home away from home.

This is a really cute apartment. It feels big for its size because the bedroom is separate from the living space. Great bedroom with blackout curtains. Nice size kitchen with everything you need for cooking or heating things up. The living space has a comfortable couch and chair . Wifi works well in the living space. Its very quiet, no matter what time you need to sleep. Parking is great. The owner is very good about responding to questions or needs. I highly recommend this property.

Happy to have found this place

It is a cozy unit that has all the bells and whistles I may wish for in a furnished apartment. It is equipped with everything I may need. I have substantial ample space in the bedroom and living room. There are a lot of lighting fixtures, from warm yellow to bright white, which I can then tweak to set the mood for relaxation during my day-offs. It is close to the three main hospitals. A pharmacy, restaurant, and even an Asian store are conveniently within walking distance. The host is fantastic, hands-on, and considerate of my needs. She attended to and cared for all my concerns to make me comfortable. I work nights and find the primary house and neighborhood quiet during my dreaming hours. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly and genuinely recommend this place. If I could return to this town for another assignment, I would definitely consider this as my home again.
