Walkable area. Accessible landlord.

I lived here for about 9 months with a roommate. It is cozy. Close to the harbour, the riverwalk, 2 parks, and a hiking trail, needless to say, I went running every day. I walked everywhere and took the Santa Cruz public bus to work at Dominican Hospital, which is approximately 2 miles away. So great if you want somewhere you can stay active and use transit. The landlord also lives right on the same block, so if you ever need anything, he's close by to help.

Quiet and comfortable

Property as described, sweet older beach bungalow. Quiet, comfortable and awesome hosts. T and H are easily available and responsive as needed. Beautiful and walkable neighborhood. Student who shares home is charming and so quiet I was usually unsure if they were home or not. I stayed as a travel nurse and this rental truly met my needs.
