About the landlord
Tracy and Roger
We are a commuter couple that uses the apartment for that purpose. We own a home in the Central Valley. We used to own a business in San Jose, but shut it down during Covid. We are rarely at the apartment anymore, but we don't want to give it up because we've had it for 15 years. It's a great area and there's a lot of fun things to do. With that said, the entire apartment would mostly be yours unless I or my husband come over for a meeting or to visit friends.
