I loved living here for my 3 months in dallas! Very cute apartment that felt like home and very kind renters who are very helpful.

This was a great unit for our 3 month stay. The location of the unit is very convenient and close to a lot of the downtown Dallas tourist spots (literally within walking distantance). The bathroom is very nicely done and seems to have been recently renovated with great water pressure. The unit has plenty of places to store items including a walk in closet with lots of room for clothes to hang along with items to be stored above. Overall, the unit was very clean (no issues with any bugs/ants or mold throughout our stay). There is a large reserved parking spot on the first level in the gated garage and other smaller parking spaces outside of the building (first come first served). The owners are super nice and very responsive if you reach out with any issues or concerns and are also quick to address those issues in a timely manner. Overall, wonderful place in a great location if you're looking to explore the Dallas area!
