Not What it Seems, A Quick Flip, Minimal Effort by the Landlord, Neither "professionally" nor "cleaned"

Pros: Good location, close to everything, safe and quiet. Cons: The property was not as advertised and is poorly maintained. It was not clean upon arrival, with hair in the shower and linens, mildew, dirty countertops and floors, expired food, dirty dishes, a rusted toaster, and an dirty coffee maker. The garage smelled of mold, the yard was overgrown, patio furniture is rusted, and many cabinets were filled with junk, leaving little storage. There were no oven mitts, only two dirty kitchen towels, poor water pressure, a very low shower head, mouse traps under the kitchen counter, uncomfortable furniture and beds, weak Wi-Fi, and one mini-split that struggled to cool the unit. When the coffee maker broke, the landlord delayed replacing it. Most disappointing was the landlord's dismissive response to the cleanliness concerns, offering no solution and later asking for additional money after I ended my month-to-month stay. As a travel nurse of 5 years, this was my worst experience.

Beautiful Housing! Perfect Landlords!!!

Peaceful, spacious and private accommodations on a quiet dead end street. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath LARGE apartment has everything one could want! All the amenities. A beautiful deck surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants. The interior is light and subtle with lovely neutral color scheme. All rooms are spacious including the full bath. A is a fabulous lady! Shes so helpful and kind. Any need a person might have will be handled immediately. Shes always available to help:). I loved this rental. I loved my landlords. I hated to leave!!!:).

Amazing cozy home

Myself and friend stayed at this property for a travel RN contract. Our stay was more than amazing , the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and stocked with every we needed. The neighborhood is is safe and great for morning walks . I cant say enough good things about our hosts and the place . I would absolutely stay here again.
