Recommend you stay here

I was here for 3 months. Edie is very helpful with moving in information and always available to answer questions. Location is convenient and safe. Half block to the bus stop if needed. The condo has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay

Private and Close to everything !

Stayed here for a month and loved this private & affordable option. Edie was so kind and the apartment has everything you need to get started while moving in which was so helpful. My favorite thing was that it's walking distance to Fred Myers's, 13-minutes from the beach, and close to Walmart, Trader Joe's, and Target. As well as many food options.

Great find!

Stayed in this apartment for 6 months and I have to say it was such a great experience. It is located in a quiet place, nice neighbors and very attentive owner. The best part is that is close to various grocery stores, gym and a lot of different activities. It is about a 15-20 min drive to Providence, the highway is very close to the property. If I ever go back to WA will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Spacious

Had a great experience staying here while working on a contact at Edmonds hospital. E was very accommodating and flexible with rent payment options and dates when my contract was changed. It is an older building but it had tons of space, kitchen was on the smaller size but well stocked with everything you need if you like cooking with enough space to use comfortably. Area is best if you have a vehicle but there close grocery and food option close enough to walk to if you choose. Would definitely return for a stay here again.
