Great location and stay!

I wish we didn't have to leave! This property is charming, spacious, and perfect distance from downtown. The tenants and landlords are great and the maintenance man on the property is incredibly kind and helpful! There's PLENTY of space for bikes, skiis, or anything else you need out of the way! It's walking distance from City Park, the zoo, and many cute coffee shops. The only downside is having to walk outside to access a shared laundry unit, but isn't too much of a hassle. Would recommend staying here for your next travel assignment in Denver!

Bright and Spacious City Park Flat

My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and very spacious apartment located across from City Park. Our initial apartments lease in Denver expired and we needed to find a place quickly to hold us over another month as the hospital contract was extended. We honestly wished we had been here the whole time! Loved all the natural light and tons of closet and storage space. Location was ideal with the park across the street and quick access to main roads to go DT, up in the mountains, or get to the airport. The bed was also one of the more comfortable weve slept on (even checked the tag/brand before leaving as we may order one of our own for home). A and P were responsive, patient, and very accommodating hosts - if we return home to Denver for a 2nd contract well definitely be checking to see if this unit is available again!!
