Stately Maroon Room- Location, Location, Location!

Awesome!!!!!!

For my 1st time in Peoria, IL. I stayed here and my stay was awesome, from the first day I arrived to my last day. Everyone was so nice and caring. This was my home away from home. If I return to Peoria again this will be my first place to look for hands down.

I worked a whole year of contracts in peoria, and Kelly made it better. All of the accommodations were perfect, and the hospitality was fantastic. I enjoyed the company so much I took another contract and stayed with her again! Highly recommended that you book with her

Awesome

I have been staying here for 5 contracts and could not be happier! The house is clean and comfortable! This is my home away from home and Kelly is am amazing host! I just signed another contract with OSF and will continue to rent from a room here in this hidden gem The house is less than 2 miles from the hospital I work at and also a short distsnce from the other hospitals here in Peoria - which makes ideal for any healthcare travelers!

Review

Kelly provided me a nice bedroom on the main floor with a comfy bed and plenty of living space with a desk. I was able to use the kitchen and all the utincels and spices. She provided me all the tea I wanted. She allowed me to take two showers a day. Coffee was made for us every morning. I was included in social activities! Highly recommended this place! Thanks Kelly!

Tan Room - Neat, Safe Property with a caring host

The house is located in a safe neighborhood. The room is spacious and very well maintained. The whole house is fully furnished and is maintained very clean. The host- K is caring and very helpful. I had a bunch of fun during my time there.

Historical Gem

The house is indeed a historical gem. It is located in a safe community which is the number one prioritv for travel nurses like me who is looking for a temporary place to live while on travel assignments. The place is kept clean & tidy and the room is big with all the necessary amenities. It has a very homey feel that makes it a home away from home. The host qoes an extra mile to make sure that her tenant's needs are well taken care off. I had a wonderful time living in this house and I recommend this place to all the travel nurses out there looking for a place to stay near the area.

Amazing Host

Had a wonderful time on this property. Its old but had loads of character, its sits along the university avenue but its quite. K**** is an amazing host, she makes sure you had a comfortable and exceptional stay. Make sure to check this property.

Tan Room

This place is an absolute hidden gem! K is such a sweet lady who truly cares about the people she host. She is always readily available and willing to help. The house is very big which allows for a lot of space to share or keep to yourself. Although the house is big K does a great job at keeping the place super clean. The room is spacious, generous closet space and very comfortable bed. You do get your own AC unit so you can always put the AC if you feel its too warm which is nice as you get to have control over it. The people that I co-lived with were all such wonderful people and they really do have a family atmosphere/environment going which being a travel nurse it is always welcomed. I worked night shift and I never had an issue with the house being loud during the day. As a matter of fact the house was always super quiet. Her place is located in a safe neighborhood and its only like 5 minutes away from OSF and Unity point hospitals which are always looking for travelers.

Grey room review

Very comfortable and spacious room! Within minutes to hospitals. The kitchen is very large and welcoming for cooking or relaxing and visiting. Wifi, Netflix and Hulu available! House is large so multiple areas to relax whether its reading, watching tv etc. close to Bradley campus which has several good local restaurants. K keeps house very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
