Nice property but a few hiccups

Spacious home with a nice, private back yard. Appreciated the charcoal grill with the chimney charcoal starter to avoid the need for lighter fluid. Know before you go: the grill was missing a part that prevented it from being functional when we arrived. When brought to the homeowners attention they ordered the missing part right away, though I would have expected everything to be in working order from day 1. A couple of the pots and pans needed washing before we were comfortable using them (maybe the dishwasher was used to clean them and it did not clean them all the way). Due to a perfect storm of my waiting until the last minute to make the final payment, the final payment being due on a holiday weekend, and a problem with my Zelle account I was late with a portion of my final payment. Because of this, my security deposit was returned to me a week later than due per the housing contract and the late payment fee charged was $20 more than what was stated in the housing contract.
