I have to say while I was not a fan of the hospital/system I worked for in Virginia, having this house/property to come back to made things much more bearable. I was able to meet both R and A, the owner and property manager on the first day and they were so awesome!! They were both very responsive if any issues came up and resolved them quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, which as a night shift worker is very important to me. Oh and to top things off they had a present waiting for me in the bedroom I rented with a few of my favorite snacks and crystal light (my favorite drink) from a conversation I had with R prior to moving into the house. While I would never work for that hospital system again, I would definitely come back to Virginia and utilize this property!!
Great property ! In a nice suberb, spacious house, close to all hospitals and downtown! Extremely responsive and accommodating landlord.
