Relaxing, Quiet & Clean!
I stayed here for 3 months as an AMC traveler. The room was very large with tons of storage/closet space. Landlord is very nice, personable, very responsive, and respectful of privacy. There were 4 of us living in this beautiful, historic home but it was never noisy. The whole house was always immaculately clean. Parking is a little confusing for a few days - you quickly find the sweet spots. I would definitely recommend staying here.
My home away from home
I had a very lovely time staying here. Everything I needed and wanted!!! Beautiful townhouse in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
Great for on the go
Host was a great! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The space was very clean and a nice location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
Convenient, Quiet and Great Place
The place is across the street from the beautiful park. I just walked across the park to the Hospital, about a fifteen minute walk. The house has modern decor yet it has old-school charm. The kitchen is modern and there was enough space to store my groceries and my toaster. They like the counters clear. My room was large and very comfortable. They have good wifi. I had a lot of closet and dresser space. There were other traveling nurses staying there, but I barely saw them. The place was clean. You have to throw your garbage in the garbage can outside. As far as parking, you cannot park on State Street between 9 and 6pm on the weekdays. I got a ticket once. But there is parking around the corner. There are many great restaurants in the area.
Stay at your own risk.
First off, looking from the outside before staying here, this property is decent with modern decor but still keeping some original aspects of the architecture charm. However, all that glitters isnt gold. 1. Having 4 tenants living there with only one fridge and freezer, is basically impossible to store anything. 2. Only one of the gas stove burners work. 3. Owner doesnt offer any place to throw away garbage and tells you to carry with you when you leave the house on a daily basis. 4. Rodent issue. Having mice run back and forth in the room to hide in the radiator is one thing. But having mice poop droppings all over my bed on two occasions is next level of disgust and unsanitary. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. If you want to share your bed with mice, your more than welcome to stay here.
