Med Elective

Phenomenal rental :) S was such a welcoming host with a cozy and peaceful home. I can't recommend this place enough, you have everything you need for a great stay. S went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She also provided fantastic local recommendations for exploring. The area is ideal for walks/runs right from the house and you're close to the downtown area to enjoy Portsmouth. A short drive from the hospital with great host company and a beautiful home. Thank you for everything, S and Rusty! :)

Amazing New Hampshire Stay

This is an amazing place to stay. I got enough personal space to feel like I had my own apartment for the most part. S is a great conversationalist and I always look forward to our talks before my showers. She knows the town very well, so if you are ever in need of recommendations she's the person to go to. Her cat Rusty is adorable and fun to have around. Highly recommend this place to stay at if you are in the area for a long time.

Cute space

S has a cute space to share with you! She is accommodating, and easy to live with. The space you rent is private and will offer what you need for a short stay. It's easy to become friends and feel at home while here. Rusty (the cat) will grow on you, even if you're not a pet owner yourself. This location is peaceful and quiet, but not too far from all the surrounding entertainment. You won't go wrong!

Safe, clean, homey!

This property has everything needed for a wholesome stay in Portsmouth NH. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. The room is spacious enough (king size bed!) with a private bathroom. Heat control in your own room. Private entrance with locking door. Safe, clean, and homey! The property owner is gracious and kind, willing to help with her expertise of the Portsmouth and Maine area. She provides everything needed for a comfortable stay during your contract. She has 2 cats which never bothered me during my stay. Laundry room right outside the bedroom. Shared shower was always clean and everything in working order. I would recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the Seacoast area.

Great place to stay

The property was amazing! Clean, spacious, beautiful indoor and outdoor space. S was an awesome person to live with. She is friendly and welcoming. She is extremely clean, her cats are well behaved and cute. The backyard was an amazing place to relax, comfy lawn chairs, beautiful flowers and trees. I had a lot of privacy here. It was also a great location, close to downtown, the beach and the hospital. I would absolutely recommend this place!
