Great place to live
I loved staying here for my travel nursing contract in Harborview. It's right off the highway so it would only take me 10 minutes to get to work. Lightrail is only a few blocks away so if I didn't feel like driving I could take the train to the city and not worry about parking. The apartment had everything I needed including privacy, parking spot, washer and dryer and a very comfortable king size bed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Seattle.

Kathleen's studio was perfect for my temporary housing needs as a travel nurse! I've rented from many different landlords during my years of travel nursing but Kathleen stands out. Her application and move-in process was fair and trustworthy, and she builds a good rapport with her renters! Whether it's her approachability with answering any and all questions or suggesting restaurants and things to do in the nearby area, I really enjoyed renting through Kathleen. The studio itself is enough space for one, and has most things necessary for short term housing. The neighborhood felt safe and very close to convenient public transit into the city! I loved staying in Green Lake as well for the lake, trails and versatile restaurants. The parking space was also a huge bonus in the city. It's a clean and cozy space, and I would recommend to anyone looking to live in Seattle for a few months!
Wonderful place to stay! Great for interns!
I stayed here for my summer internship at Microsoft. It's really close to the Microsoft connector by Latona pub (4 min walk). It's also close to the Roosevelt station (8 min walk away). I brought my car, but hardly needed it for this reason. The studio itself is cozy, but as a single professional, it was all I needed. I had a great time here!
