Great little property

Had a short stay here but everything was as expected and no real issues Brent wasn't able to get resolved quickly.

Cozy & Quiet in DTC

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this rental while working 2 contracts in the Denver area. The landlord is absolutely wonderful; offers great communication, recommendations, and really makes the renters experience a priority ensuring comfort, and relaxation. The apartment has everything you need from kitchen appliances to comfy beds. Traveling with my dog I always look for quiet, safe places, and this place was just that. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, communicating with the landlord, and I would definitely recommend to others as well!

Great Location!

The place was nice and clean, brand new appliances. Big TV with a really nice speaker. Big bed rooms. Close to downtown and easy access to everything! Would highly recommend!

Perfect and cozy

This property was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend, my cat, and me. Its very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including Tupperware. The beds are very comfortable. The location is safe and plenty to do close to the apartment. You never hear the neighbors. And the landlord is 10/10. He has great recommendations and is always available. This is somewhere I would recommend anyone and I would stay again!
