Property owner is bar none the BEST I've ever had! Property is excellently maintained and well loved. Great location, very close to many attractions and stores. Neighbors are wonderful. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Great place

This property was my home away from home for 3 months. It was in a safe and convenient location. Ring security included to ensure top tier safety. Close to the Southpark mall, restaurants, shops. Vee was a very responsive and helpful landlord for any needs or issues we encountered. A quick Uber ride to south end or uptown. Large but quiet condo complex with amenities such as pool and lots of outdoor areas to go for a nice walk during the day. Very friendly neighbors next to this property. Highly recommend!

This Apartment is Perfect!

This furnished apartment has everything a tenant could ask for. From quality appliances to the cozy nature of the apartment, everything was top quality and provides a great place for anyone to live. The bedrooms and closets are spacious and provide any and all necessities one could want in his/her living space. Furthermore, the location is wonderful since it is in a growing area that has plenty of attractions and activities for all ages. Whether it be shopping or dining, there are a multitude of places nearby and Uptown Charlotte is but a short drive away. The neighborhood provides amenities such as a pool and has safe areas to enjoy some exercise each day. I highly recommend this property due to the quality of the apartment with furniture and appliances and the convenient location in relation to shopping, dining, and activities. I would absolutely encourage anyone to choose this apartment as his/her next home!
