Perfect spot!

I absolutely loved this apartment! Everything was clean & neat, well stocked & ready for me which made moving in as a travel nurse so easy! The landlord was super responsive when I had any questions or issues. Quiet location & friendly neighbors. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing Place in PB!

Absolutely loved my time in this apartment. It is located only two blocks from the ocean (!!!) and a short walk to downtown and all the shops and areas! For being centrally located it is the perfect quiet little oasis in the heart of PB. J was responsive and fixed any questions or things I needed during my 4 months. Perfect for travel nurses or anyone needing a long term stay! If I find myself in San Diego again I will definitely book this place again!

Amazing stay

I stayed at J's apartment during my travel assignment at Scripps and absolutely loved it! Its two blocks walking distance to the beach, and close enough to walk to the restaurants and bars of Pacific Beach but far enough away that the area itself is quiet. The apartment is cozy, well furnished and has everything a traveler could need! J is also a very kind and responsive landlord. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a place in SD!
