Great Place to Stay!

I rented this studio for 3 months while on an internship, and it was perfect for my needs. It's close to everything you could need (both Publix and Walmart are less than 5 minutes away), and there is so much to do within a 15 minute radius of the house. It's located in a quiet gated community with plenty of parking inside, and the location itself is safe and secure. I never felt uncomfortable about walking to my car in the early morning or late at night. Adrianna, the landlord, was great about accommodating my needs during the 3 months I was there. The laundry is up on the 3rd floor, but whenever I needed to get laundry done, she let me take a full day to do that. There was plenty of kitchenware and cooking supplies included in the kitchen area, which was helpful as well. There is access to a slab outside where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was a good place to stay while I worked.

Perfect Stay

This property and owner served me well for over three months while on a travel/work assignment. As listed, major highways/tolls are within a 5 minute drive from property allowing for quick access to routes to take you to any of the regions attractions (Busch Gardens, Amalie Arena, Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City and countless beaches). The neighborhood is both safe and secure I never had an issue while I was there. I run during the night and can not say this about places I have been previously. The host was above and beyond in regards to communication and accommodation. Anything I needed, any last minute thing that came up or any local recommendations that I was curious about the host was always available to assist. There are many grocery stores, bars /restaurants, and gas stations close by. The mall and movie theatre are just down the road. I appreciate the host and the property for allowing this place be my home away from home and would stay again when I come back.
