Once Upon a Home

Alicia was an absolutely amazing host. Never have I dealt with someone so responsive and thoughtful. My family was with me for my nursing contract in KY, and we had ended up staying in this cozy little house for much much longer than we originally planned. Alicia was always supportive, making sure the property was well maintained during our stay. I remember we were about to get hit with snow, so she proactively had someone drop off a snow shovel. Kind touches like a large stack of paper in the desk in the spare bedroom, where my kid would doodle and paint. We also happened to be there during Halloween, and what a joy it was for our little family to walk around this friendly neighborhood. The farmers market would pop up every weekend, and its only a few minutes drive away. We made good memories here! I cant recommend the Chickadee House enough.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I stayed in this home after my travel contract got switched to the sister hospital of Norton in Jeff. The home was super welcoming and had lots of natural light. Love the basement for laundry and extra storage if you need it. The car port came in handy a few times with severe weather threats. The fenced in backyard is a plus for those with fur babies. It's a quiet neighborhood and the few neighbors I met were nice. I would highly recommend this home and the owner is very responsive!
