great place!

I loved this space! Not only is the house such a great and clean space, but the location is wonderful. I felt safe living there and walking at night. Its close to everything, and I loved the rooftop view. I went up every night! Landlord was sweet and helpful as well. Definitely recommend

I loved my stay at the HB tiny house! Less than a 15minute walk to downtown and the beach. My drive to CHOC was <25min. As the description states, it is definitely a smaller space, but perfect if you have a "less is more" mindset. Has everything you need, from cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, storage space for clothes, hangers, ect. The landlord is super sweet, respectful of your privacy, and quick to respond!

This tiny house is a fantastic find. Super fairly priced and the location you absolutely cannot beat. I walked to Huntington Beach Pier almost every day. Plenty of street parking. AC/heat although you wont need it most likely. Landlord is super kind, sweet, respectful, and is there whenever/if ever you need her. I will surely miss staying here. You wont regret booking here. Ps I am a Travel RN who worked at CHOC.
