Quite single family homes. Most of the homeowners are retired from Boeing or Motorola. We do have some younger families that are moving. There are grocery stores, shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to major freeways.

Great place
My stay here was overall great. It is nice and comfortable. You have everything you would need for a 1 person stay. Shirley is very nice and accommodating. She is also easy to reach out to if you need anything. I highly recommend this place.

Wow!
I cant say enough great things about this place! M and S were like a second family to me on my stay. They were so kind, and helped with anything I needed. Place is super clean, and close to everything you need in the area. I worked at Baywood, and it was a literal 6 min drive. Perfect home away from home. Private entrance is great, quiet, safe neighborhood.

My stay in this In Law Suite, with my host, S and M was very exceptional. The place is quiet and I feel safe staying in the area. From the moment I arrived S went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. You can have everything you need for a starter, nothing to ask. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable. First time using Furnished Finder. Highly recommended. 5 STARS

Would stay again!
This was a very pleasant stay with all amenities included for your short term stay (washer and dryer, separate entrance, AC, backyard, etc). The hosts were very accommodating throughout the entirety of my stay. I Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again. Great place for traveling nurses and short term renters!

Stay ONLY If You Want Comfort & Peace!
M & S were Fantastic hosts, and their in-law suite was so clean, peaceful, and comfortable, I actually didn't want to leave. I absolutely can NOT say enough nice things about this stay, and if you're going to be in Mesa, you'll want to book this place NOW! From linens to cooking equipment, plates & utensils, wifi, smart TV, ironing board, etc, etc, etc... this place has it. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and freeways. Did I mention our wonderful hosts??? ?? Just book it, and you can thank me later!
