Perfect for traveling RNs

I typically prefer standalone rentals when I travel for work, but there werent many options this time. For the first time, I decided to stay in a rental within the same house as the landlord, and Im so glad I made that choice. The space is beautiful and feels like its own private apartment. It has a separate entrance, a fully functional kitchen, and a small area with gym equipment. The landlords were extremely attentive and made sure to follow up with me throughout my stay to ensure I had everything I needed. They were prompt with their responses and very respectful. There are several grocery stores nearby, and its only about a 10-minute drive from St. Lukes Hospital. I work overnights and had no issues getting the sleep I needed. Overall, a great experience!

Sioux City Place

I am a student and stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation. The place is very nice and the location is great. Neighborhood felt very safe. Host was quick to respond and very kind/accommodating. Would highly recommended for anyone needing a place in Sioux City!

Travel Nurse Experience

This property was perfect for everything I needed. It was super clean, had all the essentials, quiet, and the owner and his wife couldnt have been nicer and more welcoming to me. During the cold spell in January they provided extra blankets, were always making sure if the temperature was okay, and went out of their way to scrape the foot of snow off my car. They couldnt be nicer and everyone needs to rent from them!!

Beautiful Apartment

S and D are very helpful and friendly. The spacious apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment amenities were certainly a cut above what was expected! Located in a nice, quiet residential area, there are convenient grocery stores, convenience stores, and some restaurants. We would certainly recommend this apartment to prospective renters.
