Wonderful stay

I rented this home for approx 5 months. I had ZERO issues. I've been a travel nurse for nearly 7 years and there is always some kind of issue, but not with this stay. The place was spotless. Newly remodeled. The internet works wonderfully. The area was very safe. I left my car unlocked more than I should admit and I never had an issue. The neighbors in the duplex were quiet and very courteous. My dog loved the yard. The grass stayed green all winter and I never had an issue with mud. As a person from Oklahoma that is insane to me haha. Emily was an AMAZING landlord. She communicated clearly and quickly. After being there for a few months my bank decided to have an issue processing my rent payment. Emily was amazing and came up with a solution that worked for us both. This was while she was headed to the hospital to have her baby! So if you want a wonderful, spacious, clean, and safe place to rent then rent this place!!
