We loved it!

This rental exceeded our expectations.The location was very convenient for work at two different hospitals, and also had a plethora of eating, shopping, and exercise trails right outside the door. There was more than enough room in this charming home, which is situated in a nice neighborhood. E was extremely attentive and pleasant in resolving any needs we had during our stay. We would highly recommend!

Great home away from home

My husband and I stayed here during our 6 months in Omaha. Great house with plenty of room and in a great location. E was amazing from the very start- giving us ideas of what to do and where to go in a city completely foreign to us. She was always responsive and resolved any minor issues that came up same day! She was happy to let us adopt a sweet pup during our stay in Omaha and we will forever be grateful for that. If youre looking for a great house, great location, and great landlord- look no further!

Omaha stay

The owner is not super quick to respond. We fixed a door that fell off the hinges ourselves bc no one replied for weeks. There were 3 of us to communicate with. Our biggest issue came from half way during our visit. I received a text from the owner stating that the utility bill was much higher than the norm for the home. She expected it to not run over $150. I would never expect a utility bill to run that low for a home this size. The home also has a sauna, which we were told we could use at our leisure. UTILITIES INCLUDED. When the owner texted me regarding the utility bill she wanted to know how much energy we were using. I explained the thermostat was never over 65 and hardly all 3 of us were there at the same time. She requested that we stop using the sauna unless we wanted to pay any overage from $150. I found this to be an inappropriate request. Do not include utilities if you don't plan to follow through. If you're staying in the winter be wary of the driveway :).Park on street
