Good place needs some work

The place has everything you need for a long stay, and it's spacious however there were a lot of dead bugs and they kept coming in the owner did have an exterminator come in. One thing that I didn't like was that when we moved in the couch was fill with dog hair so we had to clean it ourselves. The upstairs house was not rent it for long but when it was the noise in downstairs its crazy loud. On our last 2 night was saw a huge rat. I addressed the issues to the owner hopefully they get fix soon.
