Attention all Travel Nurses: this was an amazing property to rent for anyone needing a place to stay in Florence for a contract. In a quiet part of town, close to the hospitals, and you won't find better/nicer landlords. They have made us feel welcome and right at home from day one! Do not sleep on this listing, if you need a place and this is available, you need to consider this!

Our Experience in 18 months of stay

We lived in Piccadilly House for 18 months and truly felt at home. The house is fully equipped , you only need to bring your clothes. It has a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, two furnished bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, laundry room, and a space for a home office. The backyard is full of flowers, greenery, and pecan trees, a peaceful place to relax. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants, schools, and more, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. But what made our stay truly special were the owners, Juanita and Phil. They welcomed us with warmth and treated us like family. Their kindness and support meant so much, especially being far from home. We will always carry them in our hearts. If we ever return to Florence, Piccadilly House would be the only place wed want to stay.

Very nice place

Very nice and cozy place. Clean the landlords are super nice and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I am ever back in the area.
