Great Unit

The unit looks impeccable as in the pictures. Everything is almost new and works great. It is close to downtown Kirkland and you can walk to Lake Washington. There are also many path and trails nearby. There is a park in front of the house with basketball and pickleball courts. Landlord Indu is kind, communicative and respectful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

-absolutely wonderful location, 1 mile from downtown Kirkland -neighborhood is lovely and quiet with many walking paths and routes through the park and to lake Washington -pickleball courts nearby and google campus with a small brewery -unit is beautiful and new with all new appliances and gorgeously decorated -landlord Indu is kind, caring, respectful, communicative, and accommodating -unit is as pictured/advertised -large bathroom with lots of storage and good water pressure -private entrance and nice privacy -parking isnt an issue if you have one car but just to note that neighbors can become rude if you have to park on the street if you have more than one vehicle (which is public parking). -overall had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay here again!
