Best spot

This is a great spot to be for any form of professional! The neighborhood was super accessible and had some amazing spots and people! You're really close to everything. The property itself was perfect. Has everything you could ask for. P*** was super responsive and an awesome landlord to work with! The neighbors are wonderful. Would 10/10 recommend and will def use this spot if it's available whenever I come back for an assignment!

We got extremely lucky to have found this spot! Ill start with the location, its safe and quiet, and walking distance from really great food spots, coffee shops, nightlife, yoga, etc. I felt so safe while walking my dog around this clean and charming neighborhood. A unexpected, but unforgettable part of my stay was how friendly and welcoming the complex neighbors are. The condo itself is fully furnished and newly renovated. The landlord is extremely friendly and responsive. The only con to staying here is that if its not available next time I take a contract in San Diego, Ill be very disappointed!

We Loved Living Here!!

My husband and I stayed here the past past 3 1/2 months and had the best experience! P is so helpful, has great recommendations and is so responsive. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable with great food, bars and a grocery store/pharmacy all right around the corner. The neighbors in the complex are also really friendly too! Very safe and dog friendly neighborhood with well lit sidewalks and wide streets. I felt comfortable and safe running by myself in the early morning hours. The house has been completely renovated with new bathrooms and appliances. The house is stalked with everything your could need. Outside of the one car garage and tandem parking spot behind (literally steps from the front door), street parking is easy to come by and guests never have to park more than a block or so. Would 10/10 recommend!
